Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-29
SolVida is an AI platform, part of the OptFin universe. This policy explains what data we collect when you use SolVida and its AIs (including Luna), how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions or requests? Email jose@pmafin.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect the email address you verify, and identity/role and tenant details resolved after verification.
Content you share
We collect the messages, prompts, files, and documents you share with Luna and the SolVida AIs so they can help you. If you upload a document for restoration or review, we preserve your original as evidence and generate a separate output file.
Usage information
We collect basic technical and usage data (for example, which features you use, request logs, device/browser type, and approximate access context) to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and personalize the service and route you to the right AI.
- To respond to your requests and support you.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve reliability and quality of the AIs and the platform.
3. Where and how your data is stored
SolVida runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is stored in AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, and Amazon DynamoDB, with encryption in transit and at rest. Credentials and secrets are stored in AWS Secrets Manager and are never hardcoded in our application code.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure and service providers needed to run SolVida (such as AWS), or when required by law. Any client-facing output is reviewed by a compliance gate before it is sent.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below; where we must retain limited records for legal reasons, we retain only what is required.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you may ask questions about how it is used. To exercise these rights, email jose@pmafin.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
SolVida is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service and the SolVida entity evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
