Last updated: 2026-07-29
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolVida, an AI platform that is part of the OptFin universe, and its AIs (including Luna). By using SolVida, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions? Email jose@pmafin.com.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SolVida, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use SolVida. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
Access is tied to a verified email and a resolved tenant and role. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SolVida to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass security or access controls, misuse the AIs to deceive or harm others, or interfere with the platform's operation.
5. AI output is assistance, not professional advice
SolVida and its AIs provide assistance and generated content to help you. Output is not professional, financial, legal, tax, medical, or other regulated advice, and does not create any professional relationship. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important outputs before relying on or acting on them, and for seeking a qualified professional where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
SolVida, its software, and its branding are owned by SolVida (part of OptFin) and its licensors. You retain rights to the content you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and deliver your requested results. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers
SolVida is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolVida (part of OptFin) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when these Terms change.
